When was the last time our family "David" gets together for a fun spree outing? Well, I can no longer think of that. Its been a long time since most of our outings are with relatives. Kuya Al organizes an outing for the family and mind you he's paying for the hotel. Ate Che and I didn't think twice while Mom is hesitant to say yes.

Sampaloc Lake
Nice view. At our back are salt field.
Sampaloc Lake is one of the seven lakes which make San Pablo City famous. It is also the most accessible being just in the vicinity of the City Hall. interestingly, the city hall is called by the locals as Kapitolyo because it looks like one. This has confused me at first knowing that San Pablo is not the capital of Laguna hence, why it would have a Kapitolyo?
Fourth Stop
Villamater's Bakery
Best Broas could be found in Sariaya. Villamater's broas is crispy all throughout and its secret is in the pugon cooking. Villamater's bakery is located at 60 Rizal Street, Sariaya, Quezon Phone: (042) 525-8403 / 8675
Directions in going there: From the Maharlika Highway, turn left when you reach the Sariaya Gymnasium and drive about 2 blocks. You will see the bakery's signage clearly.
Fifth Stop
All of us are first timers in this beautiful and scenic place of Graceland. Kuya al got two rooms for all of us, 212 & 213. After a quick lunch, we enjoyed walking and looking at the amenities of the place. They have playgrounds, horseback riding, mini golf, swimming pool, lagoon (where you can do some boating and fishing), basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts.
Late in the afternoon we ran out of water for drinking so my siblings decided to have a quick tour in the place. We went in the town proper of Tayabas and saw Buddy's Pansit. I bought one bilao for our merienda. Yummy!
We really had a great stay here. Its really a getaway from a hectic week of work load.

Palaisdaan gives you a beneficial experience of nature and good food. What a experience. Make sure to visit the place. Its worth the travel.

Kamay Ni HesusWhat a overwhelming experience to see this place. Amazing! Beautiful and Sacred. These are only few words to describe the place. Despite of the whether condition we still manage to climb the hill and reach the top. Its not that easy to go to the top. it will entail so much faith and confidence that you can do it. Im happy because my family "The Tadiarca's" was able to climb it together.
Im looking forward for another getaway . . .
