New Bags

I seldom buy bags, most of my bags are from my family, friends and relatives but this morning I thought of giving myself a reward for working hard these past months. Yesterday, Joan my friend approached me and showed me some brand new bags that are for sale. I spotted two bags, LACOSTE belt bag and LIZ CLAIBORNE backpack. I like it, very casual and very me. The colors were great and even got a great deal. The two bags cost me 5.3K.

Give yourself a deadline

Give your goal a feature that will vastly improve its chances of being fulfilled. Give your goal a deadline.

A deadline provides a firm boundary for your efforts, yet it does not limit or constrain those efforts. On the contrary, a deadline will focus your efforts toward a single point, giving them more power and practical effectiveness.

Without a deadline you can exhaust yourself and still not arrive at any meaningful accomplishment. A deadline compels you to prioritize and to expend your best efforts in the most meaningful direction.

With a deadline, you are constantly reminded of how valuable and precious your time is. You're able to see resources and opportunities that would otherwise remain hidden.

A deadline encourages you to do the best you can with what you have. And that's a skill that reliably leads to great accomplishment again and again.

Give yourself a deadline. And get the job done sooner rather than never.

Hey, it’s my Birth Month!

I’ll be turning thirty three in 7 days. I even didn’t notice it until last night Migs approached me and whispered “Mom, I Love You, Happy Birthday”

I believe that this year is going to be very special for some reasons. Hubby and I lined up a few projects that we what to pursue starting next year. Sorry, can’t divulge into details at the moment as we are still in the process of putting the ideas together and aligning the resources we have. We will also be celebrating our tenth year wedding anniversary on January 2009.

In a few days I’ll be 33. I really don’t have concrete plans on how will I celebrate my day. The only thing I can think of by this time is that I have a few days to prepare to get wiser before I get a year older.

On that note, let me share with you some of my secrets.

Do it right at the first time

- I’m very keen with details. I usually do research and even collate other suggestions before doing something that is new to me.

The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young.

- That is why I keep myself updated. I also love doing crafts such as invites, giveaways, balloon decors, nappy cakes, ID necklace, bracelets, bag harms, cellphone charms, glitter tattoo, cross stitch, chocolate lollipops and bonbons, styro craft and a lot more. These are my de-stressing activity.

Challenge what people think about you by proving them wrong.

- I don’t care if people think that I can’t do it! Anyone is entitled to his opinion but what matters most is that, I know what I want. Don’t’ let anyone affect you in one-way or the other, which is the most exciting part of your life. Never quit just because some people don’t believe in you.

Dream, live, love and learn.

- Don’t stop dreaming, it will come in Gods time.
- Live your life to the fullest. Always keep your SMILE.
- Love unconditionally and everything will fall into places
- And never close your doors to new learning’s in life. This will help you for better tomorrow.
